is it pilates or yoga or something else?we do neither pilates nor yoga. we fuse different sports & disciplines into a new workout. of course, some exercises may overlap, but generally our training is inspired by a) classic strength & resistance training b) functional fitness c) mobility & flexibility training with & without resistance. equipment: reformer machines, mats, bands, blocks yes, we use reformer machines, originally from pilates, but they're essentially resistance training tools, like gym equipment. similar machines are even used by bodybuilders, showing just how versatile they are.
-
how is the atmosphere?generally expect louder music, stronger beats & dimmed lights. did you know that music can boost your motivation & help you get more out of your training? we use that to help you crush your goals more easily. we have one very relaxing class (also with dimmed lights), where we use sound bowls for extra relaxation: check out our soundbath classes. if you're generally looking for a calm atmosphere with low volume music & lots of light, we might not the right studio for you.
