MOST STUDIOS SELL YOU A SOFT HOUR AND A NICE MIRROR. WE GIVE YOU THE STRENGTH TO CARRY YOUR OWN LIFE. AND WE COACH YOU EVERY SINGLE REP TO GET THERE.

[ The ari method ]

Four things we refuse to compromise on.

ari coach guiding a client through a reformer exercise
01

Coaches who've done the hours

No weekend certificate, no fake authority. Our trainers have been training and coaching for decades. Long enough to see what goes wrong before it happens and to know how to fix it in your body, not in theory.

02

We watch you. Not ourselves.

We show you the exercise & then walk the floor: cueing, checking, adjusting. We hold your technique together when fatigue hits. So the last rep still looks like a straight-backed squat, not a shrimp.

03

Dimmed lights. Loud music. Zero posing.

…for a younger and more motivational energy. Feel comfortable to push harder. Effort turns into sweat. Hype turns into results.

Training that actually works

More challenging resistance, harder movements, fewer breaks. Full-body strength that carries into your life: the stairs, the suitcase, the kid on your hip, the long day. Leave more capable than you came.

4 class types to make you 🚀

Athlete pulling straps overhead on a reformer

Reformer × Strength

50 min

Challenging exercises, compound patterns, full-body load. Built to make you measurably stronger.

Deep side split mobility work on the reformer

Reformer × Mobility

50 min

Range, control and joint health — so you can keep training hard for years, not weeks.

Fast-paced reformer interval training

Reformer × HIIT

50 min

High intensity interval sets, short rests, high output. Still controlled.  Train your heart to keep it healthy.

Mat mobility training at ari

Mat × Mobility

50 min

No reformer. Bodyweight control, deep range and a body that actually holds under load and performs daily.

Let's get started. THREE EASY STEPS.

01

Book your first class

Pick a time that fits. If you're new to reformer or fitness in general, please choose a Beginners class to stay safe.

02

Come 10–15 minutes early

Your coach shows you around, checks your history and walks you through the machine.

03

Train, get corrected, grow, repeat

You'll feel the first difference after one session (on the way up the stairs) and true, deep results in about six weeks of consistency.

I've been training at this studio for two months now. The trainers are very professional, supportive and pay attention to every attender of the class. I really like the atmosphere and approach of this studio and I will continue to train there further.

This place was definitely created with love. I've tried many studios and I'm still exploring, but this one is far better to all the other places I've been in terms of class quality and atmosphere. The location, the trainers and even the lighting make a difference (especially during the cool-down). I highly recommend it from the heart.

I've been going to Ari Pilates Studio for a while now and can only share positive feedback! All the trainers are amazing — no matter what level or type of training you want to do, you'll find it there. Each trainer has, in her own way, an incredible presence and you simply feel completely comfortable. You laugh, sweat, push your limits, and it's simply fun! I can only recommend it to everyone!

Amazing and committed team — intensive training and good spirit, fun, small classes and many options to choose from. It will soon be a year I go there and not bored at all, trainings are always different, along with the music.

Ari is a true gem! Run by an amazing family — two sisters and their lovely mom — the atmosphere here is always warm and inviting. Classes are intimate and you feel valued as a client rather than just another number. I always leave feeling energized and grateful!

Good questions.
Even better answers.

I've never used a reformer. Can I start here?+

Yes — everybody is welcome, at every level. Your coach adjusts the class to you and helps you grow at your own pace, from your own starting point. If you're completely new, start with a beginner's class and we'll take you through every spring and strap.

How is this different from normal pilates?+

We take Reformer training beyond the traditional Pilates approach. While Pilates is rooted in control, precision, alignment and mindful movement, our approach is more athletic, challenging and high-energy. We combine Reformer-based movement with elements of full-body strength training, dance and high-intensity training to create a workout that truly challenges the body and builds real strength. Our focus is on moving well while also pushing your limits. Expect dynamic, challenging workouts, loud music, immersive lighting and an atmosphere that brings more energy and intensity to the Reformer.

How often should I train?+

It depends on you, your goals and your time. And to be honest, even if it doesn't sound like good business: the healthiest, fittest bodies come from mixing different types of training. So, you might want to mix other forms of training into your routine as well. An average person is probably very well off with 3–4 different trainings per week. If you're unsure as to how to mix it, let us help. We're happy to offer 1:1 coaching, create training schedules fitted to your goals and offer related consultations. Write to office@ari-sports.com and we'll help you build it.

What should I bring?+

Comfortable sports clothes — it doesn't matter how you look, only that you feel good. Socks, ideally grip socks so you don't slide. No shoes needed. Bring a water bottle and a small towel, because yes, you will sweat.

Your first class is where it starts.

Lange Gasse 46, 1080 Vienna. Comfy clothes, a towel and a water bottle. Grippy socks optional. Oh — and definitely bring good vibes!
