background: as an international dancer with references like sean paul, qq, raf camora & bonez mc, she's also been teaching & judging international competitions for 10+ years. she's done her certificates & trainings as a yoga, dance & mobility instructor in austria, nyc, jamaica & more. are you ready to get to know your body even better, are you ready to tune in?

jessie

background: her strength training journey started at 15 with her first diploma in the US, followed by several more in personal, fitness & group fitness training in austria. having danced & competed europe-wide has added a focus on mobility. with her 15 years of experience in training herself & 10 years of coaching others, she's ready to challenge you & your form at ARI. 

personality: energetic, driven, team-focused

class style: higher resistance, slow pace, intense sets & few breaks

lisa

background: it's a blend of grace, speed, and strength with ~7 years mastering gymnastics, acrobatics & track & field as well as 5 years competing nationally in latin dance formations. on top, 13 years of fitness training experience, including numerous personal sessions, her dance awards, athletic medals & tennis trophies speak for themselves.

background: jana blends her passion for dance & movement with expert knowledge and precise methods. with years of experience as a dancer, she has developed a deep understanding of the body’s movement potential. her sessions are energetic and tailored to individual needs, focusing on precision, healthy posture, and sustainable results. jana emphasizes not just muscle strengthening but also enhancing body awareness.

background: as a certified sound bowl coach (peter hess), mental trainer und mindfulness coach, her focus really lies on reducing stress, increasing resilience  & getting the best out of yourself. she's been working in that field for several years & as a full time, self-employed tax advisor, she perfectly understands how hard - & at the same time important - it can be switch off.

personality: calm, empathetic, focused

class style: relaxing, self-centering, musical

motto: the base of selfcare and selflove is a healty body and mind. besides being active, relaxation & self-centering are key therefor.
